At Jordan Fabrics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your quilting and sewing supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused and uncut fabric or unopened kits within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, meaning fabrics are uncut, unwashed, and kits remain in their original sealed packaging.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in a secure shipping box along with a copy of your packing slip or a note containing your order details and RMA number.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package via a trackable shipping method; once we receive and inspect the items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
